Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Park was the first of our nations National Parks and the first ever such park in the world.  Established on March 1, 1872, by the US Congress and Signed into law by President Ulysses S. Grant, Yellowstone is known for its rich history with Native Americans living here for over 11,000 years, diverse wildlife that include wolves, bison, elk, moose, and many others.  The park is also home to rich geothermal wonders including hot springs, mud pots, and geysers such as Old Faithful.  To learn more about this park and the National Park Foundation please visit
